OSMO-DEM Pure Water Producers

 
The Osmo-dem water purifier series represents the simplest and most immediate system for producing demineralized water with very low conductivity.

The Osmo-dem series models include:

• pre-filtration
• reverse osmosis filtration
• ion-exchange mixed resin demineralization cartridge
• They are equipped with an 10-liter pressurized tank (larger capacities are available upon request).

The water exiting the mixed resin cartridge has an average conductivity of 0.5 μs/cm.

Osmo-dems are ideal for scientific applications (laboratory tests, etc.) and offer the option of drawing demineralized water with low conductivity.


FEATURES

The Osmo-dem St is available in different versions depending on the amount of water demineralized per hour.

The Osmo-dem structure is designed for both freestanding and wall-mounted use, and features front access to the pre-filtration cartridge and reverse osmosis membranes.

Standard equipment: 10 litre pure water tank

Models with higher hourly production capacity are available upon request.

Pressure indicators n° 3 glycerine-bath pressure gauges to display:- Inlet pressure (from the mains)- Pump pressure (i.e., reverse osmosis membrane pressure)- Storage pressure (in the collection tank)
Flow rate indicators n° 1 flowmeter (asameter) for permeate outlet flow control
Conductivity control Digital electronic conductivity meter with double probe to check osmosis water and water at the outlet of the DF 04 mixed resin cartridge
Withdrawal Electrical panel in ABS box containing electronic control boards with conductivity meter

- Additional or alternative tanks of equal or greater capacity are available (nominal capacity 10, 25, or 50 liters).
- Ultraviolet sterilizer with a flow rate of 300 liters/h installed at the outlet of the mixed resin cartridge.
